Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original Oswin Hyde box and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag or box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
